Pip prepares the survey from your kit. Connect Gmail, choose up to 10 relevant contacts, and approve the exact message. Each recipient receives an individual email and can reply directly. This preview has no billing or subscription enforcement.

Your mailbox, your decision. Google will request permission to send email and read mailbox content. Idea Minion uses read access to check replies in the survey threads it sent; Gmail’s permission itself covers the mailbox. Replies are stored on this server, encrypted at rest, and are not sent to AI.

Use relevant contacts who reasonably expect to hear from you. No scraped lists or automatic follow-up sequences. This preview caps attempts at 10 per mailbox per 24 hours, blocks repeat contacts for 30 days, and honors recognized opt-out replies after a reply check. Small batches do not guarantee delivery or prevent spam complaints. Replace placeholders and remove sensitive details. The exact message includes a reply instruction and an optional-participation notice.

“Accepted by Gmail” confirms a send receipt, not delivery or a completed survey. Reply checks are manual in this preview; mailbox reply checks are not automatic. Project check-in emails are separate and opt-in.
